I am a huge fan of self improvement and I thought this podcast offered some great and helpful ideas. My resolutions include trying some specific new things that I have never done before to stretch me out of my comfort zone and I want to improve my exercise commitment. However, I realized after listening that I can increase my chances of success by breaking down my goals into do-able pieces ( ie exercise 5 times a week for the month of February) and also I love the idea of rewarding myself. Great encouraging tips and for the record..... I am STILL trying to find the JOY in exercise. If anyone knows where it is, please let me know!!
