Individualized
Seminars are better if they are tailored as much as possible to the group needing information. Topics of seminars and workshops take on the uniqueness of the group. Some groups want to learn problem identification skills. Other groups may want to learn how to listen to each other more effectively. A third group may need help in discussing how to talk together about bringing a product into production.
If you want to educate yourself and your staff/employees in some way but are not sure of the topic, give me a call. I will help you decide what might help. If I can’t provide the workshop myself or with my team, I will find you someone that can.
Situational communication
This topic, which includes listening skills, is the most important topic to present to further progress and profitability in a place of work. Most problems include a communication or listening deficit. We believe we do these effectively. Unfortunately, most of us do not listen without serious wrong assumptions as to what we heard. We assume too much and therefore, our communication back will miss its target.
This workshop needs to be geared to the deficits and specifics of the group attending. A pre-survey is warranted. This helps shape the body of the presentation. You will like this presentation. Call me.
School Issues
Dealing with school issues is vital to the success of a school’s goal of educating others. It may take outside help in dealing with the more difficult problems such as:

- New ideas treating difficult behaviors

- Inner department conflict
- Personal coaching with higher administration
